Abstract:A new type of generator control unit based on DSP is presented.Analog automatic voltage regulation and digital control and protection are used in this design together.Its core CPU is TMS320F240 DSP.By making the most of the event manager module of DSP,the hardware structure of system is simplified.The controller has more easily carried out the anti-delay protection issues and has solved some control and protection of the malfunction unreliable problems of the traditional controller,such as frequent protection.The controller circuit structure is more simple,more reliable,debugging and maintenance is also more convenient and the new controllers have more advantages in control and protection,fault isolation,fault diagnosis and communications,and other functions,compared to the traditional controller.It meets all-electric aircraft the development requirements of distributed control.
