Abstract:To achieve high speed clothing cutting with high control precision,the control system for cutting automatically by laser is developed.Taking advantages of digital signal processor TMS320F2812′s rich hardware resources,the system improved laser cutting technology and tangent motion interpolation algorithm.Based on laser cutting principle and general design ideas of auto-cutting system,the mechanical structure with hardware and software is developed for the cutting control system.It involved secure digital card storage and FAT32 file management process,realizing the transmission of files for trajectory control.The results indicated that this automatic laser-cutting system fulfils cutting more exactly and efficiently.Compared with conventional products,it deleted the vibration from mechanical cutter,meanwhile improving the work efficiency and quality for clothing cutting or pattern cutting.

Abstract:The paper analyzed the characteristics of sewing machine control system and presented the pulse-width modulation strategy for the bridge-type switch in the main circuit.The brake torque of the motor of the sewing machine was discussed.On analysis of the torque ripple caused by the PWM modes,a novel control scheme,which was composed of the commutation current compensation,was proposed for high-speed flat sewing machine to suppress the commutation torque ripples and improve the precise control of the needle position.The experimental results verified the validity and reliability of the proposed method.

Abstract:In application of fuzzy PID control,the paper designed a new servo system for permanent magnet synchronous motor.In the proposed scheme,DSP TMS320F2809 was used as the controlling center and IPM was designed as the hardware foundation.The control system uses the classic double-loop structure,the current loop is vector control strategy and the position loop is self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller.In the traditional PID control system,when the PMSM fast startup or shutdown,accelerate or decelerate,it always shows up high overshoot or slow dynamic response problems.By experimental testing and comparing,it is proved that this controlling system can provide significant improvement on these problems.

Abstract:Based on the reliable function and simple design,taking good advantages of the advanced controller and control technology,a loom machine system design based on ARM is presented in this paper,which uses S3CEV40 of EMBEST Company as a centre part and functional models as periphery,making up of the hardware part and composed according to the technical procedure.The IO expandance based on CPLD make the whole system flexible and powerful.Motor driver module is another major component of this system.It adopts ARM chip-based frequency vector control strategy.In software,it servo controls motor in interrupt mode.It is turned out to be reliable in function and simple in implement by practice.

Abstract:Computerized flat knitter is always the main device in the manufacture of knitted sweater,whose core part is its control system.With the popularization of computerized knitting,those computerized flat knitters with high cost-performance and high integration are becoming more and more popular,and accordingly their demand is bigger and bigger.However,most current knitters in the market utilize Single Chip Machine as their main processor or are developed based on Industry Control Machine.The former has low integration while the latter has high cost.Through analysis on structure and function of knitter system,by employing an EPU chip based on ARM kernel,which is cooperated with two high-integration CPLD chips,an improved embedded control system in computerized flat knitter with its hardware and software is designed to solve the above problems.This control system has self-contained knitter control function,nice graphical user interface,vast data memory interface and topping network support,which guarantees that it can fulfill most demands of knitter control and users' requirements.Control system based on such design scheme is outstanding with its high cost-performance and integration,combined with its high utility.

Abstract:In order to address the problem of low electric efficiency of clutch asynchronous motors used abundantly in the industrial sewing machine control systems,an energy saving motor control system based on the DSP was designed.The industrial sewing machine control system is hysteretic,time-variant and nonlinear,hence the conventional PID control algorithm will reduce the serviceability and reliability of the system because the PID parameters cannot be adjusted timely when the controlled objects are varying.Considering this phenomenon,BP neural algorithm is added to the conventional PID control algorithm,whose self-learning and self-adjusting capabilities help realize the thoughts that parameters of a PID controller can regulate themselves as the system is varying.Furthermore,applying the BP-PID algorithm,MatLab simulations of the energy saving motor control system are conducted,and the results of the simulations demonstrate that the control performance of BP-PID is more super than that of conventional PID.Lastly,the BP algorithm is synthesized in the software design,and achieves a satisfactory result.

Abstract:In order to reduce the cost of the industrial sewing machine control system,an optimized design scheme with hardware and software is proposed.Mature,reliable and cheap components are selected in this system.The control system of the industrial sewing machine is a hysteretic,time-variant and nonlinear system,which is difficult to control accurately by traditional double-closed-loop PID control algorithm based on a precise model of controlled objects.The key to the point is that the system parameters cannot be adjusted timely when the controlled objects are varied.Aiming at solving this problem,a kind of complex Fuzzy-PID controller is designed.Experiments show that this control system has characteristics of fast start/hold,good rubustness and precise positioning.The new system has been applied in industrial sewing machines,which is quite satisfactory.

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency in the production of large-size laser anti-counterfeit trademark holographic motherboard, the development of industrial control computer to the host computer and DSP TMS320F2812 lower the machine's high-speed lithography. The lithography machine with linear motor driven XY table, the dynamic exposure of the work, to achieve high-speed high-precision positioning. Solve the traditional lithography exposure mode in the stationary state, so that the lithography speed increased by 10 times to solve the difficult production of anti-counterfeiting trademark of the large-size problems, and improve the technical level of production of laser anti-counterfeit trademark.

Abstract:In order to improve the software control method of fully automatic flat knitting machine inland,the structure and theory of flat knitting machine were analyzed,and a new-style doable software design based on the hardware(ARM FPGA) which was already chosen was proposed.This software design is based on embedded Linux,which includes the control algorithm of taker-in roller system,driver design,knit control program design and graphical user interfaces design.Compared with congener products,the machine based on this design is more advanced,easier to be transplanted,accessible in a network and low cost.It is proved to be a doable design in practice.

Abstract:Current domestic and international electronic let-off and take-up control system of loom was analyzed first.Then,the control principle,hardware architecture and software architecture of the control system of loom were described.μC/OS-II is the real-time operating system,ARM(S3C44B0) is the main controller in the system.The control system gets the tension by sensor and the warp by comparing to given value.According to the warp,the control system gets the compensatory value to control let-off motor by intelligent fuzzy-PID arithmetic.Therefore,the given electronic let-off control system of loom is a real-time closed loop system and can control value of let-of well.
