Control System of Five-Axis Drived Sample Weaving Machine

Abstract:Aiming at solving such problems as low speed and big noise associated with the pneumatic sample weaving loom,this paper presents a new type of sample weaving machine with five-axis driving,whose movements of opening,weft insertion,beating,let-off and take-up are driven by independent motors.The control system includes PC and five-axis linkage system based on the PLC.The five-axis linkage system's structure,working principle,working process,motor control,as well as hardware and software design ideas are introduced.The application shows that the new type of electrical sample weaving machine has a lot of advantages such as stable operation,low noise and high-speed,and the quality of the produced cloth has been remarkably improved.This control system and machine have practical application value.
