Design of Low-cost Electronic Jacquard Controller

Abstract:According to the problem of electronic jacquard in practical production,such as high energy consumption resulting in cost increase and low reliability of long distance transmission,a new electronic jacquard controller design method is introduced to reduce cost,improve efficiency and increase reliability of long distance transmission.The controller is based on MCU and modular design.In this controller,U-disk is used to store pattern files,and feedback-calibrated differential signals are used to drive solenoid value on needle -lifting mechanism.Keyboard and LCD provide a friendly interface for users.Meanwhile a design of signal transmission and drive based on optical fiber communication is introduced to lay a good foundation for electronic jacquard upgrade.In practical application, the controller has a good performance on stability,anti-electromagnetic interference and long distance transmission.With high cost-effective, the controller can reduce cost and increase revenue for small and medium textile enterprises.
