Abstract:In application of fuzzy PID control,the paper designed a new servo system for permanent magnet synchronous motor.In the proposed scheme,DSP TMS320F2809 was used as the controlling center and IPM was designed as the hardware foundation.The control system uses the classic double-loop structure,the current loop is vector control strategy and the position loop is self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller.In the traditional PID control system,when the PMSM fast startup or shutdown,accelerate or decelerate,it always shows up high overshoot or slow dynamic response problems.By experimental testing and comparing,it is proved that this controlling system can provide significant improvement on these problems.

Abstract:This paper presents a permanent-magnet ac servo system based on DSP and FPGA.The vector control has been analyzed and a modular control approach is implemented.Two problems in AC servo system are researched which are load torque ripple and instantaneous speed detection.A unitive method based on adaptive disturbance observer is proposed.The experimental results show the validity of the proposed algorithm in this paper.

Abstract:For realizing the movement of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor (PM SLM) without position sensor, take the motor’s three-phase voltage and current as the input signals and use TM S320F2812 DSP to calculate the mover’s position of PMSLM, which is regarded as the feedback signal of control system. On the basis of hardware functions of DSP and the method of calculating the mover’s position of PMSLM,the design of system hardware frame and software flow is completed.

Abstract:Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servo drive system has been widely used for industrial sewing machines. The conventional control method is PID, which has some disadvantages such as large overshoot, bad robustness. In this paper, a servo control of the industrial sewing machine system based on the active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is proposed, which can arrange the transient process, estimate and compensate the uncertain internal and external disturbance. It can highly enhance the dynamic performances of the system. Based on the Matlab/simulink software, the simulation results of the industrial sewing machine control system proved the effectiveness and robustness of the ADRC control strategy.

Abstract:To achieve high speed clothing cutting with high control precision,the control system for cutting automatically by laser is developed.Taking advantages of digital signal processor TMS320F2812′s rich hardware resources,the system improved laser cutting technology and tangent motion interpolation algorithm.Based on laser cutting principle and general design ideas of auto-cutting system,the mechanical structure with hardware and software is developed for the cutting control system.It involved secure digital card storage and FAT32 file management process,realizing the transmission of files for trajectory control.The results indicated that this automatic laser-cutting system fulfils cutting more exactly and efficiently.Compared with conventional products,it deleted the vibration from mechanical cutter,meanwhile improving the work efficiency and quality for clothing cutting or pattern cutting.

Abstract:This paper presents a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servo drive system for high speed flat industrial sewing machine. In order to satisfy the special function of sewing machine, several approaches are applied in this servo system: Using voltage feed-forward decoupling control in current loop to improve speed and position control performance; Variable gain control is adopted in system to compensate incomplete decoupling caused by disturbance and inaccuracy of parameter; PMSM used in system is specially designed with concentrated winding and lean charge magnetism barrel-drain rotor, which can effectually improve motor operating and reduce torque harmonics. The experimental curves of sewing procedure show that: the speed feedback can accurately track speed reference under different sewing conditions, which proof the servo control system meet purpose of industrial sewing machines well.

Abstract:Abstract This paper provides a solution of synchronous control of 10-way Panasonic A6 servo motor using DSP chip (TMS320F28379D), which can obtain good dynamic performance and motion position control accuracy. The system uses PID control algorithm to realize intelligent control of position and speed of ten servo motors, and uses database to record the dynamic data of speed, time, distance and power of each servo motor. It can be used in the driving device of environmental monitoring equipment.

Abstract:In order to address the problem of low electric efficiency of clutch asynchronous motors used abundantly in the industrial sewing machine control systems,an energy saving motor control system based on the DSP was designed.The industrial sewing machine control system is hysteretic,time-variant and nonlinear,hence the conventional PID control algorithm will reduce the serviceability and reliability of the system because the PID parameters cannot be adjusted timely when the controlled objects are varying.Considering this phenomenon,BP neural algorithm is added to the conventional PID control algorithm,whose self-learning and self-adjusting capabilities help realize the thoughts that parameters of a PID controller can regulate themselves as the system is varying.Furthermore,applying the BP-PID algorithm,MatLab simulations of the energy saving motor control system are conducted,and the results of the simulations demonstrate that the control performance of BP-PID is more super than that of conventional PID.Lastly,the BP algorithm is synthesized in the software design,and achieves a satisfactory result.

Abstract:A digital servo system based on MC56F8357 is presented in this paper. The system principle, hardware and software architectures of the AC servo drives are introduced. Abstract:The control system design and implementation of PMSM used on Industrial Sewing Machine was introduced in this paper.It features that the Hall signal was used to estimate the position of the rotor and speed of the motor,and on this basis to achieve the sinusoidal control of PMSM.The main structure of the pardware platform was set up by dsPIC33FJ16MC304 and IPM,and the SVPWM and PID were used in the software to satisfy the requirements of industrial sewing machine.Experimental results show that the system is of lower cost,better performance and can meet the requirements of industrial sewing machine with high power density,wide speed range and good dynamic performance.

Abstract:A control system for BLDCM applied in industrial sewing machines was designed in this paper.In the control strategy,the system adopted integral separate PID to improve its energy efficiency and the control effect.At the same time,a new position parking method was presented;the method made use of Z-pulse characteristics of photoelectric encoder and eliminates the position sensors in the conventional system.Improving the positioning procedure,gained the more precise position.Finally,the simulation experimental prototype results show that this system can starts fast,operates stable,and positioning control is very accurate.

Abstract:This paper presents the development of a digital signal processor (DSP) based motion controller for a linear servo motor system. The linear motor system employs a moving magnet non-commutated DC linear servo motor as the actuator, and a linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) as the position feedback transducer. It is ideal for short stroke, high accuracy and high speed closed loop servo applications. The controller hardware is based on a TI TMS320LF2407A DSP. The system architecture and motion control strategies are presented. An index motion is implemented using this system. The experimental results with discussions are also given.
