Abstract:Abstract In order to realize the full digitalization and miniaturization of the ship-borne antenna servo system, a fully digital inner loop design method can be used to adjust the digital PID parameters through DA or AD conversion between signals. Large scale integrated circuits, such as PWM pulse width modulation amplifiers, can be used to achieve the desired antenna motion and response characteristics and achieve the acquisition and tracking of space targets and command control. The digital design scheme proposed below is simple, stable and reliable, and has certain universality.

Abstract:In application of fuzzy PID control,the paper designed a new servo system for permanent magnet synchronous motor.In the proposed scheme,DSP TMS320F2809 was used as the controlling center and IPM was designed as the hardware foundation.The control system uses the classic double-loop structure,the current loop is vector control strategy and the position loop is self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller.In the traditional PID control system,when the PMSM fast startup or shutdown,accelerate or decelerate,it always shows up high overshoot or slow dynamic response problems.By experimental testing and comparing,it is proved that this controlling system can provide significant improvement on these problems.

Abstract:Traditional motion controllers for robots make use of PC and motion control board,which cost much.This article presents a generic motion control system,which saves cost.DPRAM implemented in FPGA is used to transmit data between DSP and upper computer.FPGA also converts data from serial to parallel and simplify the routing of board.The algorithm of curve interpolation and inverse kinematics is simulated on DSP.The result shows that this system works properly and the speed of each axis changes smoothly.

Abstract:The design of digital servo system for turntable and its realization are introduced. In the design, the digital signal processor (DSP) and complex programmable logical device (CPLD) are used to efficiently decreases the influence of inherent factors in analog circuit, such as noise and excursion, and greatly increase the accuracy of the system. The practicability and effectiveness of the scheme are illustrated by experiments.

Abstract:For realizing the movement of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor (PM SLM) without position sensor, take the motor’s three-phase voltage and current as the input signals and use TM S320F2812 DSP to calculate the mover’s position of PMSLM, which is regarded as the feedback signal of control system. On the basis of hardware functions of DSP and the method of calculating the mover’s position of PMSLM,the design of system hardware frame and software flow is completed.

Abstract:The high-accuracy trajectory tracking pneumatic position servo system proposed in this paper mainly consists of a cylinder which is controlled by a proportional directional control value. Due to there exist large extent of parametric uncertainties and severe uncertain nonlinearities in the pneumatic system, an adaptive robust control strategy was constructed, which employs on-line recursive least squares estimation to reduce the extent of parametric uncertainties, and utilizes the sliding mode control method to attenuate the effects of parameter estimation errors, unmodeled dynamics and disturbances. Since the system model uncertainties are unmatched, the recursive backstepping design technology was applied. After the control strategy validated on dSPACE control system, was transplanted into DSP controller. Experimental results were presented to illustrate the excellent achievable performance of the controller.

Abstract:Considering the load torque impact on the speed of servo actuator,this paper establishes the model of load torque and proposes a speed circle control algorithm with feedforward fuzzy self-turning Proportional Integral(PI) parameter.It uses feedforward controller to compensate the variational load influence on motor speed.Through dynamic adjustment of control parameter,the controller has good robustness and accuracy when BrushLess DC Motor(BLDCM) characteristics and load torque change.Fuzzy controller is developed by using Digital Signal Processor(DSP) and applying absolute encoder with high accuracy as the feedback of the position loop.Experimental results show that the controller has high robustness,rapid response,small overshoot and high accuracy.

Abstract:Abstract This paper provides a solution of synchronous control of 10-way Panasonic A6 servo motor using DSP chip (TMS320F28379D), which can obtain good dynamic performance and motion position control accuracy. The system uses PID control algorithm to realize intelligent control of position and speed of ten servo motors, and uses database to record the dynamic data of speed, time, distance and power of each servo motor. It can be used in the driving device of environmental monitoring equipment.

Abstract:This paper presents a method of designing the position servo controller of BLDCM using DSP as the CPU.In this design, three loops of position, speed and current PID control strategy is adopted, among which the position loop employs the nonlinear PID control.Considering the specificities of the system and loads, the traditional bipolar PWM control is improved in order to increase the sensitivity of the system.Moreover, the controller communicates with the computer through a special chip.Therefore, the digital transmission between the controller and external is realized.Finally, the rationality and validity of the design is verified by the experimental results.

Abstract:The paper presents a DSP-based design and control of a three-axis servo motion system that effectively divides control tasks between the master control terminal and four slave drives. The proposed architecture enhances the immediacy of platform positioning and the integration between software and hardware. The paper utilizes a high-accuracy encoder as a reference value for accuracy improvement and integrates firmware via the proposed embedded execution program, thereby reducing the accuracy error of the low-accuracy encoder. The main control core employs a digital signal processor (DSP) for input and output signal reading and writing, digital communication interface processing, and user interface. The slave controller utilizes four digital signal processors to accomplish servo position control in a digital way. The paper employs encoder calibration technology to upgrade the positioning accuracy of the surge axis. Finally, the paper validates the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method through experimental results from a set of adjustable experimental platforms of linear motion stroke and rotary motion stroke. In summary, the paper underscores the integration of hardware and software to attain high-precision and dependable control of the motion system.

Abstract:This paper presents the development of a digital signal processor (DSP) based motion controller for a linear servo motor system. The linear motor system employs a moving magnet non-commutated DC linear servo motor as the actuator, and a linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) as the position feedback transducer. It is ideal for short stroke, high accuracy and high speed closed loop servo applications. The controller hardware is based on a TI TMS320LF2407A DSP. The system architecture and motion control strategies are presented. An index motion is implemented using this system. The experimental results with discussions are also given.

Abstract:In this paper, a scheme for digital servo-controller of three-axis six-DOF shaking table based on DSP is put forward after analyzing the three states feedback control of the shaking table. TMS320C28335 is used as the processor for data processing unit to carry out the control variables. TMS320C2812 expanded with AD7665 and AD7846, is adopted to acquire analog and digital signals, and is also used as the generator of the driving signal for the servo control system.CY7C025(one dual-port static RAM) is adopted to accomplish the data sharing between the data processing unit and the data acquisition system. Simulated and test results show that the digital controller works well and the shaking table servo-system gains excellent stability and more wide system frequency bandwidth.

Abstract:This paper puts forward the application of DSP in the control system of stepper motor. Single DSP constitutes the intelligent controller of stepper motor. The data port of DSP forms the intelligent pulse distributor of stepper motor, and the control system creates drive pulse of stepper motors by the timer of DSP. The paper also presents the control principle of pulse scanning method of multi-object stepper motors based on single ADSP-2181. Each control unit controls four stepper motors, and has one I/O port address number of DSP. DSP drives stepper motors by scanning the I/O port address of each unit.
