Abstract:This paper presents an improved high accuracy harmonic detection system based on DSP for active power filter.Based on synchronous reference frame,the control is mixed and the core is a digital signal processor(TMS320F240).A modification strategy adopting new signal-flow during the harmonic detection is introduced,which can effectively integrate analog control with digital control.Phase compensation strategy is used to eliminate time delay.To overcome the controversy of limited DSP performance and accurate fundamental component extraction,low sample-rate scheme is adopt for digital low pass filter design.Experimental results show that the modified system can detect power harmonic delaylessly and accurately. It also has good dynamic performance.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of that Li-ion battery charging speed needed to be improved,while the best charging strategy issues of different types of lithium batteries vary.The advantages and disadvantages of different charging circuits and proposed was investigated.A fast charging circuit based on DSP28035 for lithium battery charging was presented to study on the fast charge method for lithium-ion batteries.Battery voltage and current were collected by DSP28035 with digital closed-loop control.A wide range of input 6 V-30 V was possessed with Buck converter for battery charging and Boost converter for pulse discharge depolarization.Battery charge and discharge current could be controlled accurately.CC,CV,CCCV and the staircase constant current charging,pulse charging and other forms of charging could be achieved through changing the DSP program.The lithium battery charging was tested by MATLAB/Simulink and charging prototype.The experimental results show that the circuit has the correct principle,simple structure and convenient control,which can be used for various charging strategy test.It can realize over-current,over-voltage and over-temperature protection.The circuit has good stability and high reliability.

Abstract:To achieve the aim of energy feedback and harmonic control simultaneously,a new design of grid-connect-ed inverter with DSP is presented on the basis of the research on grid-connected technology of distributed generation sys-tem.In order to eliminate the effect of detecting delay on the system,the device used DSP technique to measure harmonic signal,whose running speed ensured the measurement can be accomplished instantly.Meanwhile,DSP was also used to deal with the detected signals and hence can give the drive signals to IGBT of inverter further.The results under the con-dition of harmonic actual being or not showed that the device can input energy to the power network and achieve the har-monic control well.In conclusion,the research indicates that the device has fulfilled the anticipative function,and it will be of great reliability and practicality in the near future.

Abstract:An inverter based on digital control,which incorporates an instantaneous voltage loop is presented.The voltage feedback is designed through implementation PI so that the inverter can achieve steady output and fast dynamic response.To avoid the disturbance,the scheme limits the PI implementation and the PI output.The scheme is based on TMS320LF2407A and provides Ihe output wave of an inverter,whose most output is 200 V and output power is 500 W.

Abstract:An approach for the design of a digital controller for single-phase Boost PFC is presented, which is performed by means of a standard DSP (TMS320LF2407). One main problem to implement digital control for power factor correction is the limited switching frequency due to the limited processor speed. An improved algorithm for PFC is proposed to overcome this problem. The main advantage of this method is that the CPU time requirement can be reduced, because the input voltage sampling, the output voltage sampling and most calculations can be accomplished in several switching cycles. Experimental results on a 500 W single-phase boost PFC converter show the effectiveness of the proposed solution, which demonstrate that the proposed strategy for PFC achieves unity input power factor with higher switching frequency than commonly used average current mode control.

Abstract:A new method,using AVR single-chip computer to produce SPWM waves and realize feedforward control,was proposed to accomplish full digital control of the inverter power supply.On the bases of analyzing the characteristics of the ATmega8 chip,the specific design of software-hardware structure was given.The results of the simulation and the experiments show that the circuit of the system is simple,the control scheme is reasonable and feasible,and it has wide prospect in the future.

Abstract:Taking advantage of power function and rapidity of Digital Signal Processor(DSP),a new type of digital controller is designed based on TMS320LF2407A.The software design is discussed in detail.The phase shift trigger circuit is substituted by software programming,which makes the circuit simpler.The experimental results on intermediate frequency generator indicate that the trigger signal generated by software programming is credible.Besides,the output voltage of the rectifier is quite stable,and the DC voltage saltation caused by the rotating speed variation of the generator when switching load can be restrained efficiently.

Abstract:A system using dual-PWM variable frequency speed regulation based on DSP is stated in this paper,and the hardware circuit is designed,too.Compared with the traditional analog speed regulation systems,the system stated by the paper has many advantages such as flexible control,high power-factor,power saving with feed-back,no harmonic waves pollution,easy maintaining,and low cost.The DSP TMS320F2812's advantages like high mathematical operation ability and fast real-time processing ability are used to make the complex algorithm easier to program in the variable frequency system,and the high performance control of the asynchronous motor is totally realized by the system.The simulation specifies that the system has good dynamic feature and high anti-jamming feature.At last,the SVPWM control based on the asynchronous motor circular magnetic field reduces the electrical machinery torque pulsation and the iron loss.

Abstract:The DC component in output voltage is an adverse factor to inverter and its loads,so effective measures must be adopted to eliminate DC component for ensuring system operated reliably.Various reasons for producing DC component are analyzed,and the influence of reference sine wave for dual loop inverter are discussed,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of hardware or software regulating DC bias,and two novel methods based on software are proposed.The operation principle and implementation measures of them are described.And operation of a 5 kW output power single phase full bridge inverter base on DSP TMS320F2812,the results show that two software mea-sures are both feasible that achieve the aim of regulating DC component,but the second measure is better in dy-namic performance in output voltage.

Abstract:TMS320F28027 is used in the system as the control core to simulation the functions of maximum power point tracking (MPPT), frequency and phase synchronization, under voltage and over current protection, automative recovery of under voltage and so on. The topology of the main circuit is the full bridge inversion circuit, which is controlled by the unipolar sinusoidal pulse-width-modulation (SPWM) strategy. MPPT is realized with constant input voltage method. The phase tracking is achieved with software phase lock loop (PLL). The test results show that the system has perfect performance, such as high efficiency, low grid-connected total harmonic distortion (THD), nice tracking performance, consummate over-current protection (OVC) and under-voltage protection (UVP). The relative voltage error is less than 0.7% for MPPT. The relative frequency error is less than 0.09%. The phase error is approximately 2°. The THD of the output voltage is less than 2%. The efficiency of this device is over 84%.

Abstract:Power electronic converters have various kinds of control platforms. Based on a special-purpose control platform with dual Digital Signal Processor-DSPs (TMS320LF2407) for a high power converter, this paper describes the design method of a general-purpose control platform. The control platform uses a fixed-point DSP (TMS320F2812) and a floating-point DSP (TMS320VC33). Using matlab real-time workshop (RTW), the general-purpose control platform was tested and the modularized software was designed. Experimental results validate the correctness and feasibility of the methods and that the general-purpose control platform satisfies the design targets.

Abstract:The proposed experimental system uses TMS320F28027 as the control core to realize the functions of maximum power point tracking (MPPT), synchronizing of the output voltage with the given frequency and phase, under voltage and over current protection, under voltage recovery and others.
