Welding technique of the National stadium(Bird's nest)steel structure build project

Abstract:The welding techniques of the National stadium(Bird's nest)steel structure building project adopted 14 technologies,including the new technical research for welding test,electrical heating preheating(after heating)technique,new multiplicity technique of SMAW-GMAW-FCAW-G for the thick plate,invented welding,prevention of cold or hot crack,and so on.The main descriptions were the development and application of new technologies,such as submerged arc welding for build-in-fitting steel structure;invented welding technology;the thick plate welding technique;the heterogeneity steel welding;the jointing technology of steel structure welding engineering,etc.These technologies were used in the welding engineering of the National stadium(Bird's nest),supplied useful reference for architecture steel structure project.
