Abstract:Abstract In order to achieve the temperature control accuracy of the finishing line drying system, a PID control system based on MCGS and PLC is proposed. Using MCGS configuration software to edit the touch screen picture, Siemens PLC hardware configuration and programming, PID control algorithm to realize the conversion of analog and digital quantity, as well as the communication design between the upper computer (PC) and PLC and touch screen. Through the practical verification of assembly and debuggin, the control of the given value ± 5 °C of the drying system temperature of the finish line is realized.

Abstract:PLC control system has been widely applied in industrial control for its excellent performance and high reliability,particularly in the sequential control process. Building steps of S7-300 PLC and programming/debugging process of software STEP7 were introduced with the project background of a large hydraulic equipment. Advantages such as simple design,convenient programming,reliable running and so on were indicated in the actual implementation of the PLC system.

Abstract:Influenced by scaling?off cutting, to the mass produced rods and steel tube blank, the phenomena of burr and flashing are found. If the parts are processed by manual chamfering and lathe, it is tremendously labor intensive and low efficiency. To solve the problem, an efficient double?headed automatic chamfering machine was designed based on PLC control. The structural components of the chamfering machine were introduced , the gas?liquid control diagram and the electric control schematic figure including the flow chart of software programming were described in detail. The practices have proven productivity and end quality are improved greatly be?cause the chamfering machine can be used to realize double end continuous processing although loading once.

Abstract:This paper studied the design of PLC electrical control system of CNC machine tool. The design program of the electrical control system is established according to the requirements. The parameters of all electrical components are determined through calculation of electric load for selection of electrical equipment and wires. Then the design of power supply and distribution of the electrical control system is described in detail, and the design of the electrical control system of main equipment is studied. This paper focuses on the design of spindle, feed axis and module. In addition, this paper summarized the design of the electrical control cabinet, wiring, installation and commissioning of electrical equipment, inspection of the machining effect after installation and the control system. The entire CNC machine tool electrical control system is designed.

Abstract:A drying pit control system that was composed of the PLC applied system was introduced in the printworks.The design of the structure of hardware and software was discussed in detail.In this system,the online measuring and controlling of moisture was realized by the fuzzy PID algorithm.The application process indicated that the system was simple,highly reliable and highly automatic.The automation level is improved greatly in the printworks.

Abstract:Based on introducing the control principle of the jigger system,the analysis of control requirement for the system was achieved,and the control scheme was proposed.The construction of hardware platform based on programmable logic controller(PLC) was built.The control strategies about the velocity-tension transmission system and the temperature of dyeing liquor were presented.Furthermore,the development of the man-machine interface was considered.The experimental results show that the control system possesses the properties of proper design,highly integrated ability and stability.

Abstract:A principle of metallographic cutter control system based on touching screen and PLC is introduced.The control system chooses PLC as core control chip,emploies touching screen for setting the cutting parameters and real-time display,and uses frequency-converter based on USS protocol to realize the well setting of the grinding wheel speed and the self-adaptation of the work piece cutting speed.the control precision of the metallographic cutter is improved and the adaptability and stability of the system when cutting various types of materials are enhanced.The experiments indicate that the system meets users′ requirements and runs stable and reliable.

Abstract:In order to improve parameters control precision in the process of the friction welding and to reduce the cost of hardware of the control system,a closed loop control system with PLC (program logic controller) on the friction welding machine is build up.The system contains a basic unit with A/D,D/A module and electro-hydraulic proportional system.The control software and HMI(human machine interface) are developed.The system can control the working sequence and axial pressure of the friction welding process.The test results shown that the closed loop control cycle is 16 ms.The production results indicated that the system can stably apply in the production of friction welding,the undulation of friction pressure and forging force is less than 5%.
Design on PLC-based Automatic Micro-CT Scanning Device

Abstract:A PLC-based automatic micro-CT scanning device was designed.Programmable logical controller was used as the core of the four-axis CNC system,and servo motor was used as the implementing agency.A PC was used to coordinate the action of perspective imaging system and mechanical systems,and the automation of macro-CT scanning was achieved at a good level.According to X-ray imaging principle,perspective imaging system was established with ray source and detector.The mechanical system was comprised of main movement device,longitudinal feed slide and loading platform position adjusting mechanism.The results of applying this system to biological experiments indicate that this system can realize the image scanning automation of macro-CT,and greatly improve the efficiency and quality of biological experiments.

Abstract:This design is a kind of taking FX1n-60MR PLC as the control core of the riveting device. Introduction of riveting machine overall plan design, hardware PLC circuit design, pneumatic circuit design etc. Elaborating the riveting machine manual, automatic, dynamic control module. Giving the PLC control circuit, the hardware connection circuit, touch screen interface circuit design method; the software part adopts the modular design, gives the thinking of design about data processing and control processing. The riveting machine mainly solves the problem that the existing riveting machine manual operation makes workers easy fatigue, low efficiency, low qualified rate of finished products. Changing the manual operation into automatic operation, setting relevant parameters corresponding to the signal through the touch screen, transmitting the singal to the PLC device, controlling the riveting machine power supply circuit, a pneumatic circuit, drive circuit, main circuit switching respectively to achieve the riveting machine operation automaticly, which make the products' qualified rate improves greatly, riveting speed to upgrade, besides, the touch screen on the work of real-time monitoring effect, good man-machine interface. Experimental results show that the automatic riveting machine runs good results.

Abstract:In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional finishing machines, such as low automation degree, bad reliability and more failures, the automatic control system for finishing of precise flat steel is developed based on PLC, touch screen and invert in this paper. The producing flow and control requirements of finishing precise flat steel are introduced. The control system is used to adjust the speed of equipment for finishing precise flat steel. Application of touch screen offers a better HMI. By adopting semi-closed control strategy response time is reduced and control accuracy is improved. The system has good effect in practice.
