Abstract:A 26-year-old woman presented with a gradually enlarging, asymptomatic lump in her right cheek, which she first noticed a year prior. The perception of the lesion was enhanced with mouth opening, revealing a solitary, well-defined, fibrous nodule near the lower edge of the zygomatic border. Initially diagnosed clinically as a lipoma, the lesion was surgically excised. Microscopic examination revealed multiple closely juxtaposed cystic structures of varying sizes, with a few papillary areas organized in non-encapsulated lobules.
