Abstract:Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common benign tumor typically found in major salivary glands and is relatively rare in minor salivary glands. It predominantly affects females in their third to fifth decades of life. In this case report, we describe an unusual instance of pleomorphic adenoma in a 61-year-old male patient with melanoderma (dark skin pigmentation). The patient presented with a nodule on the lower lip that had been present for a year. Intraoral examination revealed a normochromic nodule with limited mobility, fibroelastic characteristics, and it was submerged in the region of the lower lip, situated between teeth 35 and 31.
