Abstract:The invention discloses a material folding device, an automatic gluing system and a gluing method of the automatic gluing system. The material folding device includes a first folding plate, a second folding plate and a third folding plate, wherein a first turnover driving device drives the second folding plate to turn over towards the upper surface of the first folding plate; a second turnover driving device drives the third folding plate to turn over in a reciprocating manner between the first folding plate and the second folding plate; a control device is connected to the first turnover driving device and the second turnover driving device; the automatic gluing system includes the material folding device, a stitching device, a feeding device and a gluing device; the gluing device is provided with a first gluing surface, a second gluing surface and a heating device for heating the first gluing surface and the second gluing surface. By adopting the devices, the automatic gluing system provided by the invention can combine a plurality of processes, such as fixing interlining, carrying, stitching and gluing together, so that automatic operation is realized, labor is reduced, and the product quality controllable rate is good.
