Abstract:The invention provides an automatic nailing machine for compound bodies. The automatic nailing machine comprises a rack body, a worktable, a clamping turnover mechanism, an automatic nailing device and a transferring device, wherein the rack body is used for supporting and installing the other components; the worktable comprises a first layer and a second layer, and the first layer and the second layer are used for bearing to-be-nailed assemblies; the clamping turnover mechanism is used for clamping the assemblies on the worktable and turning over the assemblies for 180 degrees; the automatic nailing device is used for nailing; the automatic nailing device is arranged on the rack body and is located above the worktable; the automatic nailing device is driven through a three-axis servo system, and is capable of nailing optional positions of the assemblies on the worktable; the transferring device is connected with the worktable and is used for transferring the first layer of the worktable to a nailing position from a feeding position. According to the automatic nailing machine for the compound bodies, provided by the invention, the to-be-nailed assemblies are assembled onto the worktable in a manual way, and the other processes of clamping, transferring, nail feeding, nailing, turning-over and blanking are all automatically finished; the stability is high; the work efficiency is high; the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, and the labor time of the workers is greatly shortened; the economic benefit is good.
