Abstract:The invention provides an automatic gluing machine and a gluing method. The automatic gluing machine comprises a rack, a drive mechanism arranged on the rack, two filter cloth gluing mechanisms and a glue spraying mechanism arranged on the rack, wherein the filter cloth gluing mechanisms are arranged on the rack in parallel, close to each other and both connected with the drive mechanism; each filter cloth gluing mechanism comprises a driving shaft, a driven shaft and annular squeezing structures winding around the driving shafts and the driven shafts, the driving shaft and the driven shaft are arranged on the rack, the driving shafts are connected with the drive mechanism, multiple rows of squeezing teeth corresponding to drapes of each filter cloth are arranged on outer side of the corresponding annular squeezing structure, and the squeezing teeth on the two annular squeezing structures correspond to one another; the glue spraying mechanism is correspondingly matched with the two filter cloth gluing mechanisms. With the adoption of the automatic gluing machine and the gluing method, glue can be automatically sprayed onto the filter cloths, so that the filter cloths can be bonded, folded and formed, besides, glue solidification can be performed during glue spraying and bonding, the production process is continuous and efficient, the cost is low, and batch production can be realized.
