Abstract:The invention discloses an automatic packaging machine for packaging viscous fluids, and belongs to a packaging machine. The automatic packaging machine comprises a rack which is provided with a bottom cover conveying device, a material metering device, an automatic bottle loading device, a packaging mechanism, an automatic bottom cover punching mechanism and a packaged finished product outputting bracket. The automatic packaging machine also comprises an automatic bottle feeding mechanism, wherein the automatic bottle feeding mechanism is communicated with the automatic bottle loading device; a material filling station, a bottom cover punching station and a finished product outputting station are formed in sequence on the automatic bottle feeding mechanism. By virtue of the automatic bottle feeding mechanism, package bottles pass through the stations on the rack in sequence, whether bottom covers punched into the bottom of the package bottles are qualified or not is judged under the action of a displacement sensor mounted on a gas cylinder of a bottom cover detector, and then packaged finished products are automatically sorted. The automatic packaging machine for packaging viscous fluids is simple in structure, high in degree of automation, high in package efficiency, low in rejection rate, particularly suitable for automatic packaging of sealants and applicable to packaging of other similar viscous materials, and has a wide application range.
