Abstract:The invention relates to an automatic costume packaging machine. The automatic costume packaging machine is characterized by comprising a rack, a conveyer belt system, a costume clamping and conveying mechanism, an automatic bag filling mechanism, a clamping release mechanism, a bag opening folding mechanism and a bag opening sealing mechanism. The automatic costume packaging machine has the advantages as follows: the folded costumes enter to a clamping station of the automatic costume packaging machine by a conveyer belt and then enter to a bag filling station and a clamping release station sequentially after being clamped by the costume clamping and conveying mechanism; after packaging bags are sleeved to the bag filling station, the costume clamping and conveying mechanism is matched with the clamping release mechanism to place the costumes with the packaging bags on the conveyer belt of the clamping release station and simultaneously to convey the costumes to a packaging bag opening sealing station to seal openings of the packaging bags, thereby realizing the automatic packaging of the costumes. As no manual hand packaging is needed, the labor intensity of the workers is low, the packaging efficiency is high and the labor is saved; the size after packaging is consistent and the appearance effect is good; and meanwhile, the automatic costume packaging machine can be matched with an automatic costume folding machine in a seamless joint, thereby being beneficial to the streamlined production and improving the level of automation in costume manufacturing.
