Abstract:The invention discloses a combined full-automatic intelligent dumpling machine and belongs to the field of food or cooking machinery. The machine comprises a dough kneading and activation device, a pressing device, a wrapper conveying device, a stuffing supply device, an inclusion forming device and an intelligent control system, wherein the dough kneading and activation device mixes dry flour and water into flour flocculus, the extrusion device extrudes the activated flour flocculus into a dough sheet and conveys to the pressing device; the pressing device transmits a wrapper to the wrapper conveying device; the wrapper conveying device conveys the wrapper forward intermittently into the inclusion forming device; the stuffing supply device injects stuffing into the wrapper on the inclusion forming device; the inclusion forming device accomplishes dumpling inclusion; and a working state of the dumpling machine is controlled by the intelligent control system. The dumpling machine integrates dough making, activation, dough kneading, dough blank preparation, dumpling wrapper preparation, stuffing injection, inclusion and forming, can automatically process fresh dumplings with attractive appearances only by adding the dry flour and stuffing manually, and is high in automation degree, compact in structure and convenient to use.
