Abstract:The invention relates to an automatic high-efficient stalk strapping machine comprising a stalk hopper, a support device, a strapping device, wherein, the stalk hopper comprises an inclined hopper plate, side hopper plates, a straight hopper plate and a self-discharge plate. The inclined hopper plate is connected between inclined edges of the two side hopper plates, the straight hopper plate is connected between the straight edges of the side hopper plates, and the self-discharge plate is arranged at the bottom of the stalk hopper. The support device comprises a side support plate, a lower support plate and an inclined discharge plate. The side support plate and the lower support plate are arranged below the inclined hopper plate and the side hopper plate, respectively, and the inclined discharge plate is arranged below the strapping device. The strapping device comprises a machine moving groove, a fixed plate, a press baler, an inductive control device and a transverse support groove. The machine moving groove is symmetrically arranged at the middle of the inner side of the lower support plate, the outer end of the machine moving groove protrudes from the lower support plate, the protruded part is connected with the fixed plate, the press baler is arranged on the machine moving groove, the inner side of the press baler is provided with the inductive control device, one end of the transverse support groove is connected with the inductive control device of the press baler by a gear shaft, and a band groove is a groove for conveying bands. According to the invention, the automatic high-efficient stalk strapping machine can be used for automatically and efficiently strapping the harvested agricultural stalk plants and has superior technical performance.
