Abstract:In the past decade,expressways have been developed rapidly in China.It is evident that a number of opened expressways had generated promoting effects on regional economic development.The purpose of this paper is to develop quantitative methods to evaluate the microeconomic benefits of expressway projects during the operational period.The benefits discussed in the paper are user benefits(reduced vehicle operating costs,time savings and safety benefits) which are the direct effects of the expressway projects.These methodologies are applied to a case study of the Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway in Zhejiang province.The estimation results show that,since its opening in december of 1996,the expressway has generated significant user benefits in the region.

Abstract:Transportation infrastructure is a primary factor stimulating regional economy development.As the pilot infrastructure project in Xiangxi City,Hunan Province,Jicha Highway is playing a significant role in its development.To make up for the deficiency of current assessment methods in measuring the pull effect of highway on regional economy,the method of system dynamics is adopted.The system dynamics model between regional economy development and transportation system is built.By stimulating and calculating the GDP difference values of Xiangxi City of year 2012~2032,social benefit of Jicha Highway is manifested as that it could stably promote regional economy development by 1%~2%.

Abstract:Currently,Chinese engineering project is mainly constructed by a proprietor and a construction company,of which the proprietor issues the construction contract and the construction company is responsible for the concrete engineering period.While the project management department is mainly composed of a project manager and relevant administrative staff,they take control of the specific engineering management.Because of its relative independentability,the construction company often lacks of adequate control in the concrete engineering period,which makes the PM uncontrollable.Therefore,it is imperative to make a deep research on the project's management and controlling force.From the view of management audit,follow-up audit is an effective way to realize the controlling force effectively.

Abstract:By analyzing the advantages and dis- advantages of overhead road construction which is obviously overheated in some cities, this paper pen- etrates into the motives of the construction and de- mand prediction of overhead road. Through compari- son of overhead road construction home and abroad, it comes to a conclusion that overhead road is to some extent necessary in developing countries due to its comparatively low cost, but many factors have to be counted in.
