Research of Follow-up Audit on Engineering Project of Construction Company

Abstract:Currently,Chinese engineering project is mainly constructed by a proprietor and a construction company,of which the proprietor issues the construction contract and the construction company is responsible for the concrete engineering period.While the project management department is mainly composed of a project manager and relevant administrative staff,they take control of the specific engineering management.Because of its relative independentability,the construction company often lacks of adequate control in the concrete engineering period,which makes the PM uncontrollable.Therefore,it is imperative to make a deep research on the project's management and controlling force.From the view of management audit,follow-up audit is an effective way to realize the controlling force effectively.
