Abstract:In this paper,the starting point is based on the main structure of beam pumping unit,then reform the structure of pumping unit,and optimize the design Program,research and develop the new energy saving pumping unit.The Double-horse head beam pumping unit kept the original advantages of regular beam pumping unit,and reduced energy consumption by 20% to 30%.the energy-saving effect is remarkable.The Partial wheel beam pumping unit improved the balance effect of beam pumping unit,made each member's force rational and reduced power consumption,so achieve the purposes of reducing electrical power rating and energy saving.
