Summary on the Energy-saving Technical transformation of Beam Pumping Unit(II)

Abstract:Beam pumping unit has simple structure,reliable performance,convenient use.But it also has low efficiency,high power consumption.In this paper,the starting point is based on the main structure of beam pumping unit,then reform the structure of pumping unit,and optimize the design Program,research and develop the new energy saving pumping unit.Swinging rod typed the beam pumping unit is suitable for large load and long stroke conditions.In similar conditions it can save electricity more than 30%.Under partial barbells pumping unit is suitable for medium and long stroke pumping development.Comprehensive energy saving rate will be more than 20%.And the beam pumping unit has 35%~70% electricity-saving efficiency.By field test shows that,all sorts of pumping unit energy-saving effect are obvious.
