Abstract:The utility model relates to a high-efficiency long-life cyclone dust collector for solving the problems of dust back-mixing and easy abrasion of a cyclone barrel, which are caused by the structural design defects of the existing cyclone dust collector. The high-efficiency long-life cyclone dust collector comprises a cyclone barrel and a dust collection chamber, wherein the dust collection chamber is positioned on the lower part of the cyclone barrel; and the top of the cyclone barrel is provided with an air inlet pipe along the tangent direction of the cyclone barrel. The high-efficiency long-life cyclone dust collector is characterized in that the cyclone barrel is in a round platform shape with a small upper part and a large lower part; and a cone angle alpha of the round platform shape is more than 60 degrees or less than 90 degrees. According to the utility model, the cyclone barrel is designed into the round platform shape with the small upper part and the large lower part so that dust particles are subjected to centrifugal force and also subjected to downward acting force from the cyclone barrel to acceleratedly downwards move, the dust collection efficiency is increased, and the direct friction on the wall of the cyclone barrel is reduced, therefore the abrasion of equipment is reduced; the dust collection chamber is internally provided with helical blades, so that the dust particles back mixed with air currents can be effectively decreased; and the air inlet pipe is changed from being traditionally horizontally arranged to be slantly arranged by forming a blunt angle with the top surface of the cyclone barrel, so that the downwards moving speed of the dust particles can be accelerated.
