Abstract:The invention discloses a lead-free conductive paste for filament screen printing of solar cells and a preparation method of the lead-free conductive paste. The paste is made of 85%-95% of silver powder, 1%-5% of frit, 5%-10% of an organic carrier and 0.02%-0.5% of inorganic additives by steps of mixed dispersion, rolling by a three-roll mill and filtering. The silver powder is a mixture of silver powder different in grain size, specific surface area, tap density, shape and dispersion system; the frit is made of glass powder in a Te-Bi-O system; the organic carrier is made of an organic solvent, a thickening agent, an organic thixotropic agent and a wetting dispersant according to a mass proportion of (70-90):(5-15):(5-15):(1-5); the inorganic additives include at least one of oxides, fluorides, carbonic acids, elementary substances and alloys containing U, Th, Ru, Pt, Rh, Cr, Ca, Zn, W, Fe, Co, Ni, Te, Mo or Mn. The solar cells made of the paste have the advantages of low contact resistance, high tensile force, high filling degree, wide sintering windows and electrical performances as excellent as that of foreign paste.
