Abstract:The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a medical syringe needle filter and a medical injection filter. The manufacturing method of the medical syringe needle filter and the medical injection filter comprises 1, manufacturing a metal mold of a plastic casing of the filter, and manufacturing an upper matching casing and a lower matching casing of the filter through injection molding via a plastic injection molding machine; 2, cutting hydrophilic microporous filter membrane sheet of the same shape size; 3, dispensing a small amount of organic solvent containing hydrophobic silicon components at the position of the hydrophilic membrane sheet, which corresponds to air vents of an end product filter, and evaporating the organic solvent through a heating processing process to enable the silicon components to be deposited in a restricted region of a small area in the membrane sheet; 4, clamping the processed filter membrane sheet inside the upper matching plastic casing and the lower matching plastic casing for welding forming through an ultrasonic welding process. During the welding positional corresponding, the position of the silicon components in the filter membrane subjected to deposition processing of the silicon components need to correspond to the position of the air vents of plastic matching parts. The syringe needle filter and the injection filter produced by the manufacturing method can be used in a medical process for filtering solid impurities in injection medicines simply after being sterilized through irradiation of cobalt-60 gamma rays after sealed packaging. Compared with a traditional hydrophilic syringe needle filter or an injection filter which contain a small piece of hydrophobic filter membrane sheet, during the manufacturing process of the syringe needle filter and the injection filter produced by the manufacturing method, costs and time of an additional welding procedure of a hydrophobic breathable membrane sheet and a hydrophilic filter membrane main body membrane sheet can be omitted.
