Professional Status of the Professional Social Workers and Its Enlightenment

Abstract:The interview to the frontier professional social workers shows that althought the social workers have strong sense of approval,they face some occupational dilemmas such as conflict view of value,deficient professional support,lower sense of approval,weak satisfaction degree with their occupation,undefined career planning,etc.So we should focus on the professional education,the system construction and the social atmosphere to improve the professional status of the professional social workers.
