Abstract:Medical social work should be carried out for the transformation of medical model and development of health service.In term of the present establishment of medical institutions,there are many difficulties in setting medical social work post.Therefore,we must stick to the principle of simplicity,adopt diversified methods,and encourage the hospital to set various forms of medical social work posts,choose qualified professional social workers,carry out medical social work actively,and strive to improve medical service.
