Abstract:In this paper, we investigate the 3D incompressible magnetohydrodynamic equations and establish several logarithmically improved regularity criteria in the homogeneous Besov space. These criteria are based on certain assumptions made in the velocity field and pressure, respectively. The first result solely based on the velocity field indicates that the velocity field plays a dominant role in determining the regularity of weak solutions, when compared with the magnetic field.

Abstract:In this paper, we obtain the n n th-logarithmically improved regularity criterion of smooth solutions for the incompressible Leray- α \alpha -MHD model in terms of the magnetic field B B . Meanwhile, the new logarithmically improved regularity criterion for the 3D Navier-Stokes equation in terms of the pressure π \pi and gradient of velocity ∇ u \nabla u can also be established. Especially, we explore a new logarithmically improved Serrin’s criterion for the 3D Navier-Stokes equations, which improves the results of Lei and Zhou [Commn. Pure Appl. Anal. 12 (2013), pp. 2715–2719].

Abstract:Several regularity criterions of Leray-Hopf weak solutions $u$ to the 3D Navier-Stokes equations are obtained. The results show that a weak solution $u$ becomes regular if the gradient of velocity component $\nabla_{h}{u}$ (or $ \nabla{u_3}$) satisfies the additional conditions in the class of $L^{q}(0,T; \dot{B}_{p,r}^{s}(\mathbb{R}^{3}))$, where $\nabla_{h}=(\partial_{x_{1}},\partial_{x_{2}})$ is the horizontal gradient operator. Besides, we also consider the anisotropic regularity criterion for the weak solution of Navier-Stokes equations in $\mathbb{R}^3$. Finally, we also get a further regularity criterion, when give the sufficient condition on $\partial_3u_3$.

Abstract:This work is concerned with the global existence of large solutions to the three-dimensional dissipative fluid-dynamical model, which is a strongly coupled nonlinear nonlocal system characterized by the incompressible Navier--Stokes--Poisson--Nernst--Planck equations. Making full use of the algebraic structure of the system, we obtain the global existence of solutions without smallness assumptions imposed on the third component of the initial velocity field and the summation of initial densities of charged species. The pressureless damped Euler-Riesz system in the critical regularity framework

Abstract:We are concerned with a system governing the evolution of the pressureless compressible Euler equations with Riesz interaction and damping in $\mathbb{R}^{d}$ ($d\geq1$), where the interaction force is given by $\nabla(-\Delta)^{\smash{\frac{\alpha-d}{2}}}(\rho-\bar{\rho})$ with $d-2<\alpha<d$. Referring to the standard dissipative structure of first-order hyperbolic systems, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the weaker dissipation effect arising from the interaction force and to establish the global existence and large-time behavior of solutions to the Cauchy problem in the critical $L^p$ framework. More precisely, it is observed by the spectral analysis that the density behaves like fractional heat diffusion at low frequencies. Furthermore, if the low-frequency part of the initial perturbation is bounded in some Besov space $\dot{B}^{\sigma_1}_{p,\infty}$ with $-d/p-1\leq \sigma_1<d/p-1$, it is shown that the $L^p$-norm of the $\sigma$-order derivative for the density converges to its equilibrium at the rate $(1+t)^{-\smash{\frac{\sigma-\sigma_1}{\alpha-d+2}}}$, which coincides with that of the fractional heat kernel.

Abstract:In this note we investigate interior regularity criteria for suitable weak solutions to the 3D Naiver-Stokes equations, and obtain the solutions are regular in the interior if the $L^p_tL_x^q(Q_1)$ norm of the velocity is sufficiently small, where $1\leq \frac{2}{p}+\frac{3}{q}<2$ and $2\leq p\leq \infty$. It improves the recent result of $p,q>2 $ by Kwon \cite{Kwon} (J. Differential Equations 357 (2023), 1--31.), and also generalizes Chae-Wolf's $L_t^\infty L_x^{\frac32+}$ criterion \cite{CW2017} (Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal. 225 (2017), no. 1, 549--572.).

Abstract:We prove a logarithmic improvement of the Caffarelli-Kohn-Nirenberg partial regularity theorem for the Navier-Stokes equations. The key idea is to find a quantitative counterpart for the absolute continuity of the dissipation energy using a pigeonholing argument. Based on the same method, for any suitable weak solution, we show the existence of intervals of regularity in one spatial direction with length depending exponentially on the natural local energies. Then, we give two applications of the latter result in the axially symmetric case. The first one is a local regularity criterion for suitable weak solutions with small swirl. The second one is a slightly improved one-point CKN criterion which implies all known (slightly supercritical) Type I regularity results in the literature.

Abstract:We are concerned with a system of equations in $\mathbb{R}^{d}$ governing the evolution of compressible fluids of Euler-Korteweg type, which can be used as a phase transition model. In the case of zero sound speed $P'(\rho^{\ast})=0$, it is found that the perturbation problem of irrotational fluids could be reformulated into a quasi-linear Schr$\ddot{o}$dinger equation. Based on techniques of dispersive estimates and methods of normal form, we shall establish global-in-time well-posedness of Cauchy problems for $d=4$ and almost global existence in $d=3$ without stability condition on the pressure. Moreover, we would construct a class of global scattering solutions for 3D case.
