Abstract:Under the bill of quantities pricing model, the price of the contract is determined in advance, making the focus of enterprise project cost management be to control the expenditure of construction costs on the premise of established revenue, reduce the risks brought about by the bill of quantities pricing model, strengthen cost control, give play to the advantages of strategic cost management, and ultimately minimize project risks to maximize the benefits obtained by the enterprise. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the cost control and cost management process of construction enterprises under the bill of quantities pricing mode, and proposes corresponding solutions based on the existing problems, hoping to increase the profits of enterprises from cost control and improve their market competitiveness.

Abstract:Abstract The standard of measurement and valuation is the main basis for making the bill of quantities and compiling the bidding control price and bidding quotation. In recent years, prefabricated concrete building, as a typical structural form of prefabricated building, has developed rapidly. However, in the actual operation of measuring and pricing of prefabricated concrete construction projects, the existing list system has many shortcomings. Based on this, it is necessary to optimize the measurement specifications of prefabricated concrete buildings in China. At first, this paper USES the principle of the work breakdown structure (WBS) specifications for the measurement of the current prefabricated concrete building structure is analyzed, secondly in jinan city project as an example, to find out its branch, the branch of engineering and engineering subdivisional work on decomposition structure of the preliminary optimization, using WBS to metrological specification for the perfection of prefabricated concrete construction measurement valuation in China to provide the basis.

Abstract:In September 2014,Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "guiding opinions on further promoting the reform of engineering cost management",along with the implementation of the《code of bills of quantities and valuation for construction works》( 2013 Edition),which marks the project cost to enter the new era of the whole process of fine management. Inviting party is the main part of the bill of quantities preparation;it is of great significance to implement the whole process control of the list. On the basis of analyzing the research status of the quality list preparation,from the perspective of the whole project implementation process of fine management,the pre-control method based on the comprehensive unit price adjustment and the key issue review of the tender control price is put forward,the mid-control method based on tender clarification and price adjustment control are proposed,the post-control method based on the mid-process payment control is put forward,which aimed at reducing the adverse impacts on the tender side.

Abstract:The implementation of the construction bill of quantities (BOQ) pricing system is an important measure for deepening project cost management, and it is not only an important way to promote the construction project marketable and international, but also one of the measures for regulate the construction markets .In-depth study of the existing BOQ software, proposed construction projects BOQ system development based on software reuse. During the cause of system development software reuse is used, the function of the system model and the model of system development the soft component are given, with a soft component to assemble the system. The software reuse-based development model, with soft component assembly systems, it is not only speeding up the development progress and development costs, but also can improve the maintainability and scalability of the software.
