Abstract:The invention relates to a high-strength tubular braided rope for fishing and a braiding method thereof, belonging to the technical field of marine products. In order to enhance the mechanical properties of the high-strength tubular braided rope for fishing, the high-strength tubular braided rope for fishing provided by the invention comprises a rope core and a tubular-structure braided rope face wrapped outside the rope core, wherein the rope core is composed of at least one strand, and each rope core yarn strand is ultrahigh-strength polyethylene fiber filament yarn for fishing with the linear density of 4000D, which is doubled from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber filaments for fishing under non-twisting conditions; the braided rope face is braided from 16 rope strands; and the rope strand yarn is polypropylene fiber filament yarn for fishing with the linear density of 2000D, which is doubled from polypropylene fiber filaments for fishing under non-twisting conditions. The invention effectively enhances the appearance, cost performance, cross section roundness and mechanical properties of the high-strength tubular braided rope for fishing.
