Abstract:Abstract The 21st century is the information age, computer technology (hereinafter referred to as CT) has been applied to many fields, especially logistics. With the rise of e-commerce, China’s logistics industry has developed rapidly, which has been extended to supply chain management (hereinafter referred to as SCM). With the maturity of e-Logistics industry, e-logistics has developed to the direction of network, which also extends to the SCM. Through SCM, enterprises can better reduce the cost of supply chain, which will increase the competitiveness of enterprises. With the integration of information industry and supply chain, enterprises can guarantee information transmission, which will better realize the sharing and sharing of resources and information. Through SCM, e-logistics can provide integrated comprehensive services, which will better improve the profitability of enterprises. Therefore, CT has become an important way to enhance the core competitiveness. First of all, this paper analyzes the importance of CT to electronic logistics (hereinafter referred to as EL). Then, this paper analyzes the application of CT in SCM.

Abstract:A supply chain performance evaluation system for mass customization (SCPESMC) was proposed to measure and monitor the running status of supply chain. The supply chain for mass customization is response-type, stresses on the unification of agility and benefit, and customers are fully integrated into the business process. The supply chain performance was evaluated in terms of supply chain collaboration degree, customer satisfaction degree and supply chain benefit. Then the SCPESMC was built through analyzing the requirements of SCPESMC, such as integration, data consistency, exceptional things' supervising and controlling. The logistic process and architecture of SCPESMC were given, including data integration layer, performance control layer, work flow layer and exception resolving layer. The performance evaluation system was successfully employed in a certain apparel company, and the evaluating and controlling of the supply chain for mass customization were effectively realized.

Abstract:Business Marketing Management over the Internet has been receiving a " lot of ink " in current periodicals and to a lesser degree in academic literature. Practice changes so rapidly that principles emerging from last month' s successes may need revision before they are derived and printed. The emergence of electronic commerce has created a new business paradigm, one that presents marketers with noteworthy opportunities and challenges. Perhaps the greatest impact is in the area of channel management. The top issue for many business - to - business (B2B) firms today is channel conflict. In this paper, we analyze the weakness of traditional place model at first. On the basis of it, we set forth the processes and advantages of direct place and indirect place under the environment of electronic commerce. Then this paper presents that we should develop association net, express net, service net and production net in order to create place advantage under the environment of electronic commerce.

Abstract:Supply-chain management is a crucial activity in every company. Surprisingly, today, most of the supply-chain activities are carried out manually, and IT support is often limited to having a set of (disconnected) data repositories. In addition, business-to-business (B2B) communications are performed via phone, fax or e-mail. Increasing the operational efficiency of the supply chain results in huge savings and is the key to remaining competitive or even gaining a competitive advantage. Furthermore, a more efficient supply chain also enables revenue growth, which is often impossible to sustain with the current manual operations. In this paper, we discuss the requirements and challenges for e-business applications that support supply-chain management. Then, we propose an architecture that meets the requirements and enables solutions that deliver results quickly and that evolve with the business and IT environment. Abstract:Based on value chain supply chain management has become the chief management idea since 1980.This paper mainly focuses on inventory management, logistics planning, management of strategic partnership and Supply Chain Performance Measurement. Inventory management connects all parts of a supply chain management and greatly influences the efficiency of supply chain management. Inventory problem includes two parts: certainty and uncertainty problems. The assumption of certainty inventory is that the demand is fixed and continuous and the lead-time is certain. The assumption of uncertainty inventory is that the demand, the ordering cost and the lead-time are all stochastic and variable .The operation research methods are usually utilized to handle inventory problems. Logistics planning consists of three parts: layout planning, layout-assign problem and layout-route problem. Choosing the fit number and location of the facilities, rational assigning the tasks and planning the routes may lower the logistics costs and improve the efficiency of the supply chain and the speed of the response for the demands. Management of strategic partnership is an important research field of SCM. According to the core competition of enterprise, the decision maker chooses the outsourcing strategy. Management of vendor relationship is another chief field including choosing vendor, evaluating vendor and developing vendor.SCM performance measurement is the base of evaluating performance of nodal firms and total supply chain, coordinating the relationship of supply chain and distributing the benefits among the enterprises. The performance of internal and exterior of supply chain is core contents of measurement and establishment of evaluation index system is the key of measurement.Finally, this paper presents three tendency of supply chain management: green SCM, Agile Supply Chain and info-supply chain management.

Abstract:Doing business over the Internet is cheap and convenient. This enlarges the view of enterprises and gives them an opportunity to select their partners. To support business-to-business operations, an information system (IS) with an embedded workflow management component is needed. The inherent characteristics of such a system makes it suitable to implement cross-organization management. Nowadays, however, these system additions are not common. When developing a supply chain management (SCM) system for a large motorcycle corporation in China, we had to construct an inter-enterprise architecture using the internet. The main part of this is a workflow-supported inner supply chain system and an integrated interface. In it, the business processes are defined and executed by the supply chain management system. The independent inner systems are connected by the integrated interface into a large, global, supply chain manage system to management business processes across the independent enterprises. This paper presents the system design and implementation and discusses our experiences and lessons learned.

Abstract:The emergence of dynamic supply chains has resulted in increased global competition and demand for greater product variety. The object of supply chain management is to deal effectively with materials flow, information flow, and financing flow of supply network in competitive, collaborative, and dynamic market environments. A critical success factor in improving supply chain management lies in integration and coordination. This paper will present a component-based framework for Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) to provide a platform for implementing integration and coordination between enterprises in supply chain. It is the multi-layer framework including database server layer, component server layer, kernel component layer and user interface layer. The component-based framework can be implemented with technology for components, interfaces, and services as available in Web Service. In addition, detailed functions components are designed. Component-based SCM could be dynamic configured in three-dimension by the sorts of enterprise type, manufacture type and products type.

Abstract:The goals of B2B electronic commerce and supply chain management system are to implement interoperability of independent enterprises, to smooth the information flow between them and to deploy business processes over multiple enterprises. The inherent characteristics of workflow system make it suitable to implement the cross organization management. This paper, firstly, proposes an inter-enterprises workflow model based on the agreement to support the construction of supply chain management system and B2B electronic commerce. This model has extended the standard workflow model. After that, an architecture which supports the model has been introduced, especially it details the structure and implementation of interfaces between enterprises.

Abstract:In this paper, the synchronous supply chain management information system for mass customization in e-commerce is studied. The principle of chain management and the mechanism of mass customization in e-commerce are discussed. It is pointed out that chain management aims at chain value. Secondly, the paper explains the mechanism of chain management, and points out that chain management improves the value of chain by establishing modular operation units, identifying and managing bottlenecks, identifying and eliminating waste under the action of collaborative planning and control. This paper discusses chain management from the strategic point of view, and draws a conclusion that the mass customization operation management system based on chain management has the characteristics of sustainable competitive advantage. Finally, the process description system of implementing chain management is given, and the dynamic collaborative scheduling optimization of MC e-commerce in supply chain environment is also given. The practical case analysis shows that the method designed in this paper has a good practical effect.

Abstract:Efficient supply chain management (SCM) requires consistent exchange and sharing of information semantics, which is often hindered by semantic clashes among heterogeneous applications. This paper proposes an ontology-based architecture for addressing the problem of semantic integration. A supply chain ontology (SCO) is developed by using the skeletal method to capture concepts and relationships common to SCM. Moreover, it is formally defined in OWL DL, a web-based ontology language, to serve as an interlingua for an architecture enabling information integration of SCM. Syntactic transformation between XML Schema and OWL in the architecture is implemented by syntactic translators that are developed by using XSLT. Furthermore, a rule-based approach is presented to map semantically similar terminologies between SCO and application ontologies with the aim of enabling semantic interoperability among applications in supply chains. The mapping rules are represented by SWRL, a rule description language that is independent of the rule languages specific to inference engines. In addition, a case study of a printer supply chain is illustrated to demonstrate the proposed methodology. Finally, a prototype system is developed using the Java platform to implement the SCO-based approach to semantic integration of SCM.
