Abstract:E-commerce is booming with the development of new business model and will be continuously boosted in the several decades. With large number of enterprises carrying out E-commerce, logistics driven under the background has been largely influenced. This paper presents the state-of-the-art E-commerce logistics in supply chain management from a view of practice perspective. Worldwide implementations and corresponding models together with supporting techniques are reviewed in this paper. Typical E-commerce logistics companies from North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific are comprehensively reviewed so as to get the lessons and insights from these practices. Opportunities and future perspectives are summarized from the practical implementations so that interested companies like E-commerce and logistics companies are able to get some guidance when they are contemplating the business.

The emergence of electronic commerce has created a new business paradigm, one that presents marketers with noteworthy opportunities and challenges. Perhaps the greatest impact is in the area of channel management. The top issue for many business - to - business (B2B) firms today is channel conflict. In this paper, we analyze the weakness of traditional place model at first. On the basis of it, we set forth the processes and advantages of direct place and indirect place under the environment of electronic commerce. Then this paper presents that we should develop association net, express net, service net and production net in order to create place advantage under the environment of electronic commerce.

Abstract:Abstract This paper centers on the logistics and supply chain management of e-commerce enterprises, studies the development mode of e-commerce logistics as well as the logistics process, and constructs a collaborative innovation model of e-commerce logistics integration based on supply chain management. Through the synergistic composite system in the role of management activities, the harmonious coexistence between the various components of the subsystem order parameter in order to achieve the overall effect of the system. The dynamic evolution process of consumers, e-commerce platforms and logistics enterprises is simulated and analyzed, and the optimal decision-making under the integrated collaborative innovation mode is studied. The results show that under the platform warehousing + distribution integration synergy (SP) mode, the double marginal effect is 0.865, and both e-commerce platform and logistics enterprises reach a steady state at 0.723. The purpose of this paper is to propose innovative supply chain management and logistics warehousing solutions that can achieve cross-border e-commerce logistics integration based on supply chain management.

Abstract:Under the background of global economic integration and rapid development of information technology, the international foreign trade market has further expanded, and cross-border e-commerce has begun to rise. The rise of cross-border e-commerce has had an impact on the past logistics supply chain management model, and it is urgent for enterprises to create a new management model and keep pace with the times. From the perspective of cross-border e-commerce, the international logistics supply chain management model is in line with the needs of the times, and can ensure that the core competitiveness of enterprises is continuously improved, and thus promote the long-term development of enterprises. Based on this, this paper introduces the relationship between the various components of the logistics supply chain, and proposes the construction strategy of the logistics supply chain management model from the perspective of international e-commerce, in order to provide a theoretical basis for enterprise development.

Abstract:Retail business has been rapidly evolving in the past decades with the boom of internet, mobile technologies and most importantly e-commerce. Supply chain management, as a core part of retail business, has also gone through significant changes with new business scenarios and more advanced technologies in both algorithm design and computation power. In this review, we focus on several core components of supply chain management, i.e. vendor management, demand forecasting, inventory management and order fulfillment. Abstract:E-commerce supply chain management is a considerably hot research topic in recent decades, and the research findings have been widely published in various well-known international journals. To explore its research status and trend, we employ a bibliometric analysis approach to conduct performance analyses and reveal the publication trend, the main discipline categories, the top contributing countries, institutions, authors, the most influential documents and the dominant academic journals. Furthermore, we shed light on the dynamic evolution tendency of research topics and hotspots in this field. The keywords co-occurrence analysis reveals implications into 7 major clusters including e-commerce operations, supply chain management, pricing strategy, coordination mechanism design, sustainable development management, cross-border e-commerce management, and closed-loop supply chain management. The research gap analysis suggests that future research directions could combine live-streaming, emerging technologies, disruption risk and behavioral preference into the e-commerce supply chain management research.

Abstract:In recent years, the e-commerce industry has been developing rapidly, and at the same time, the quality level of e-commerce industry development is limited by the level of supply chain technology development. This paper analyses the supply chain status quo of e-commerce industry, finds the problems of excess inventory leading to backlogs, high loss rate of goods leading to waste of resources, and negative impacts caused by failure to deliver on time, and proposes the establishment of perfect supply chain management norms, the establishment of incentives, and the establishment of a research department; the use of cold chain transport, multi-modal transport, the use of automated systems, the establishment of inventory systems, the upgrading of technology, the enhancement of training, regular inspection and maintenance of equipment; the enhancement of management and management of equipment. Abstract:This thesis enhances the competitiveness of e-commerce by studying overseas warehousing and then supplements the existing research theories of global e-commerce. First, this paper summarizes the development of cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehousing supply chain models. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of e-commerce global market scale and analyzes the characteristics of China's e-commerce market. In the second chapter, the research background of e-commerce and its impact on supply chain management is introduced. The Internet revolution has brought fundamental changes to the company's business and strategy. It also spawned a new sales model called "e-commerce" or "electronic trading." In addition to the more complex global concepts of more complex, more efficient, and more preferred customers, companies need to improve service quality and should be able to maintain lower operating costs in order to maintain market competitiveness. In addition, this article also discusses another area of expansion of e-commerce - cross-border e-commerce. Abstract:Purpose As China’s e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce rapidly develop, the cross-border e-commerce supply chain exhibits characteristics of globalized development scale, collaborative multiparty participation, streamlined management processes, digitalized production and trade and flexible strategic choices. It tends toward data-driven intelligence, interoperable information collaboration, personalized order responses, sustainable supply chain management and secure blockchain technology. These characteristics and trends provide critical references for businesses, governments and investors. Design/methodology/approach In response to issues such as inconsistent legal regulations, imbalanced logistics and transportation, imperfect payment settlements and opaque supply chains. Findings It is recommended to take measures to strengthen cooperation and communication, optimize logistics, reduce customs clearance difficulties, reinforce safeguard measures and promote sustainable development, collectively fostering the healthy growth of cross-border e-commerce. Originality/value With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, green and low-carbon initiatives have become a significant trend in this sector. The cross-border e-commerce supply chain refers to the mechanism that reduces environmental impacts and enhances resource efficiency from manufacturers to consumers. It primarily involves manufacturers, e-commerce platforms, logistics companies and payment and settlement processes. The cross-border e-commerce supply chain is gradually becoming a highlight in China’s foreign trade, supporting the concept of “buying globally and selling globally” and connecting the “world’s factory” with the “world’s market.”
