Abstract:Based on the node-voltage increments relation function and soft fault dictionary method of linear analog circuits without tolerance, and combining with the soft fault dictionary auto-generating simulation framework of linear analog circuits, a synthesis dictionary method is presented, which can diagnose hard faults (open and short faults) and soft faults (component parameters change beyond the allowed tolerance range) of analog circuits with tolerance. Aimed at single-fault diagnosis based on the slope fault mode and double-fault diagnosis based on the coefficients of linear relativity fault mode, this paper introduces the establishment methods of synthesis dictionary respectively. Furthermore, when the component parameters under test are in the allowed tolerance range, the before-test tolerance analysis approach is adopted to determine the node-voltage ambiguity regions and is saved in the synthesis dictionary. For circuit testing and the after-test tolerance processing, the membership function is utilized to describe the similarity degree between the circuit state and each fault feature of the synthesis dictionary, therefore the fault can be located rightly. PSPICE simulation tool is used to simulate the normal state and constructed fault states of circuit respectively, and the voltage data of test nodes are collected to get fault dictionary through calculating. Finally, simulation results are demonstrated to validate the efficiency of the proposed method.
