Abstract:The design of the imprinting machine for polymeric microfluidic chip was introduced.The imprinting machine can be heated and cooled by TEC,pressed by hydraulic pressure in a vacuum maintained by a pump.Realtime control between PC and PLC is realized through serial communication by freeport mode,and the control of temperature and pressure is realized by PLC.It is showed that the experimental results agree with the high quality and precision of the polymeric microfluidic chips made by this machine.

With the movement of two-bar linkage, the whole system offers excellent responsiveness and allows the machine to create many patterns with high speed.

Abstract:Based on the reliable function and simple design,taking good advantages of the advanced controller and control technology,a loom machine system design based on ARM is presented in this paper,which uses S3CEV40 of EMBEST Company as a centre part and functional models as periphery,making up of the hardware part and composed according to the technical procedure.The IO expandance based on CPLD make the whole system flexible and powerful.Motor driver module is another major component of this system.It adopts ARM chip-based frequency vector control strategy.In software,it servo controls motor in interrupt mode.It is turned out to be reliable in function and simple in implement by practice.

Abstract:A stepper motor subdivision control system has been designed in this paper,which is based on ARM7 chip LPC2214 and the LMD18245 electrical machinery special-purpose driver chip.The "linear + sine" wave driver method and the electric current vector constant breadth algorithm is used in this system.The digital wave data is generated by ARM controller,which is converted to corresponding control voltage.The voltage is enlarged by driver chip LMD18245 to drive the two-phase stepper motor.The control sign is input by the keyboard,and the frequency and the subdivided multiple are displayed by liquid crystal.The software based on uCLinux and MiniGUI platform is designed.Multi-purpose control of the stepper motor and 4096 subdivision multiple are realized in the system.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems confronted in designing the jacquard MCU based controller,a new method is presented to develop jacquard MCU W78E516B based controller,including hardware and software.Both the encountered and potential technical problems in the realization of the conlroller are analyzed,and corresponding measures are proposed.By replacing the traditional floppy drive with USB interface, the problem of weft number restricting the pattern is solved.Furthermore,our approach can protect the data at unexpected shutdown,so that after an accident it can make rapid resumption of production,and produces no scrap file in spite of frequent deletion and copy,which is ensured by the files manager system.This controller has been put into operation in several mills,and the results show that it works smoothly and accurately.

Abstract:Current domestic and international electronic let-off and take-up control system of loom was analyzed first.Then,the control principle,hardware architecture and software architecture of the control system of loom were described.μC/OS-II is the real-time operating system,ARM(S3C44B0) is the main controller in the system.The control system gets the tension by sensor and the warp by comparing to given value.According to the warp,the control system gets the compensatory value to control let-off motor by intelligent fuzzy-PID arithmetic.Therefore,the given electronic let-off control system of loom is a real-time closed loop system and can control value of let-of well.

Abstract:An advanced automatic controlling system of pastry machine was developed.Integration of microcontroller and frequency converters enables this system to precisely control operation parameters such as cutting frequency,the mount of cover and body of the pastry.On-line parameter setting and real-time display of operating status were designed.It was proved by experiments that this cost-efficient system is human-friendly to operate,and decreases manufacturing error in weight to be less than 1g per unit.

Abstract:An upper computer system of high-end loom machine based on ARM and CAN bus communication which embedded Linux system was designed to realize the effective control of intelligent loom machine.The hardware platform was mainly built using embedded microprocessor based on AT91SAM9261 kernel of Atmel company and CAN bus controller MCP2515 of Microchip.The software design was implemented in the Linux system including GUI application design and CAN bus device driver realization.Debugging results show that this system works stably and fast,and it can satisfy the control of loom machine system.

Abstract:To improve the loom′s speed and the quality of textiles,an embedded system for warp tension which can fulfill the required control function at a comparatively low cost is designed,taking advantages of S3C44B0X′s rich hardware resources and embedded operating system μClinux's high real time and multiple tasks.The description of the system includes the design and implementation of hardware architecture,the design and implementation of application program and the keep method of wrap tension control.It can keep wrap tension constant and response fast with high precision.It is easy to eliminate start marks and other problems.The results indicate that the control system can settle some difficult control problems and has advanced functions.

Abstract:In the commodity industry, the commodity packaging machinery products are rich in variety, the shape, nature, packaging requirements of the commodity are very different, and the output is large. In view of the urgent needs of domestic commodity enterprises for all kinds of automatic packaging machines, we design a commodity packaging machine control system to solve the problem. The software system of an automatic packing machine based on PLC is designed in order to improve the automation of the equipment and improve its production efficiency. PLC software control system has greatly improved the production capacity of the equipment, and can ensure the stability of the equipment. In terms of human-computer interaction, it adopts a more intuitive touch screen technology, which makes human-computer interaction more convenient and intuitive, so that workers can better understand the operation of the equipment. The equipment designed by this software system has good stability, convenient and intuitive operating platform, which improves the working performance and efficiency of the packaging machine.

Abstract:This paper introduces a design method of a kind of Microcomputer Controlled Oblique Cutting Machine Controller .The con-troller takes the MCS51 MCU as the main controller, uses CH451 driving LED and keyboard, uses step motor driving synchronous belt and has the photoelectrical switch as the limit switch. This controller reveals intuitively, accurately. It has high control precision, high an-ti-jamming ability, the ease of operation, high performance-to-price ratio and advanced merit of security. It has represented the develop-ment trend of oblique cutting machine controllers. The anti-jamming design of the controller is also introduced in this paper.

Abstract:A software of host computer control system of electronic jacquard controller was designed to achieve unified management of jacquard machines and centralized production.Debian which is one of Linux operating systems was used as the platform for interactive interface.The function of display and operating were implemented using touch screen with GUI based on Qt framework.Multi-thread was used to achieve one-to-many communication between host computer and client computers and achieve data exchange through TCP communication.The pattern editing module was designed to realize the display,editing and saving functions of the pattern file.Debugging results in the factory show that this system works stably and has a good experience of human-computer interaction(HCI), and it can satisfy the requirements of control of electronic jacquard system well.

Abstract:Autolevelling control system plays an important role in carding machine to ensure high quality of output sliver. Currently industrial-grade personal computer (IPC) control is the most prevalent form for autoleveller. With the development of semiconductor and integrated circuit (IC) technology, embedded system based on highly integrated microcontroller unit (MCU) shows great potential in traditional industrial control. A new type of carding machine autolevelling control system based on 32 bit ARM7TDMI-cored MCU is proposed to replace the former IPC control unit. First, IPC control system for carding machine is presented, and then the new ARM-based embedded autolevelling control system are discussed in details, including hardware structure, function modules, software structure and some key technologies. Comparison of these two types of control system is also given. This new type of autoleveller has been put into practical use and shows excellent performance in control precision and reliability, together with its smaller size, lower cost and lower power consumption against IPC control system.

Abstract:A palletizing machine is extensively utilized in the production of prefabricated boards. However, due to its large and complex system, as well as its low level of automation, the development of the control system of current transfer palletizing machines has proven challenging. To address these issues, a palletizer control system based on S7-1500 PLC has been designed. This design encompasses the hardware electrical system, software control system, and human–machine interaction system for the palletizer. A structured programming strategy has been adopted to simplify the system and enhance its expansion compatibility while improving efficiency and automation levels.
