Abstract:This paper introduces a design method of a kind of Microcomputer Controlled Oblique Cutting Machine Controller .The con-troller takes the MCS51 MCU as the main controller, uses CH451 driving LED and keyboard, uses step motor driving synchronous belt and has the photoelectrical switch as the limit switch. This controller reveals intuitively, accurately. It has high control precision, high an-ti-jamming ability, the ease of operation, high performance-to-price ratio and advanced merit of security. It has represented the develop-ment trend of oblique cutting machine controllers. The anti-jamming design of the controller is also introduced in this paper.
