Abstract:It is the mainstream that numerical control system is open and constituted based on motion contolller.The paper introduces the most important and difficult points of the design of motion controller base on embedded processor and motion control ASIC.This motion controller uses native instructions to communicate with upper computer by the standard computer interface,it has the advantage of independence,flexibility and high precision.
