A Summary of Modern Chinese Vocabulary Research in 2019

Abstract:the research results of modern Chinese vocabulary ontology in 2019 were mainly reflected in the aspects of meaning,category words, word evolution, vocabulary theory and so on. The applied research results were mainly reflected in thesaurus compilation, word teaching and acquisition, word comparison and so on. On the whole, the vocabulary research was characterized by the combination of microscopic investigation and macroscopic analysis, the co-progress of theoretical exploration and applied research, the relative emphasis on diachronic perspective, and the continuous progress of research scale and research technology. In that year, the number of lexical research results increased significantly, and the relevance of the research results with seminars and project proposals was further enhanced, which continuously promoted the research of modern Chinese lexicology to a more far-reaching direction.
