Connotation, Necessity and Channels :On the Reference from Managerial Philosophy to Administrative Philosophy

Abstract:Management arises from organized human activities, and administration, which is a special form and typical pattern of management, is connected with public organizations. Managerial Philosophy means a philosophical rethink about managerial life, while Administrative Philosophy defines a philosophical rethink about administrative life. Thus the organic connection between management and administration and the probing degree of Managerial Philosophy raises the necessity of drawing on Managerial Philosophy by Administrative Philosophy. So taking suitable measures to make use of the experience and achievement of managerial Philosophy whose theoretical morphology is comparative mature, will provide an important driving power to the development of administrative practice and Administrative Philosophy which is in a period of initial establishment.
