Abstract:The ideal of the university's nature is a kind of value judgment about the basic problem what orgnization the university should be.It is also a kind of the university's conception which reflect the nature of the university.The ideal of the university's nature is the base of philosophy that must be before action in managing the university.The university manager only have a clear ideal of the university nature,they may have the basic stand in managing the university and a clear direction in running the university.The primitive university's concept on,the conception that the university is a single organization,the conception that the university is a multiple-function organization,and their practical meaning.
