Abstract:The characteristics of Management determine that the connection between theory research and practice is essential.The 30 years' rapid growth of Chinese economy is inseparable from the reform and innovation of Chinese management practices.At the same time,the normative academic research and research capacity have also been enhanced during this process.In this context,Chinese Journal of Management is dedicated to promoting the research about China's management practice,which is timely and necessary.Analyzing the current status of China's management practice,refining academic and scientific issues and summarizing Chinese management models,this paper highlights the academic research related to management practices,and hopes to incur the academic thinking about further management research.On the basis of enhanced normative research and research capacity,management theory will be enriched and innovated,which will also strengthen the international influence and status of Chinese management research.
