Abstract:It is a critical period for China's modern management since reform and opening-up.The in- troduction of management theory,the localization studies,and the application of the theory have all been achieved very encouraging results.Among these,some of the key events have played a crucial role for the development of China's management.Organizing these key events is very important for us to clearly under- stand the issue of the past and at present of China's management study,and identify future developmental direction.
