On the Legal System of Public Library Act---Take the Doctrine of Class Structure as Angle

Abstract:The doctrine of class structure is a basic theory for code law making. Chinese Public Act has its own class structure. The Public Library Act (Exposure act) is still immature in the longitudinal aspects as the implementation of higher-level law, the join of parity law, the absorption of lower-level law so on and in its own architecture. This article proposed some targeted improvement recommendations.
