Abstract:Modular industry network is one of the most advanced form of industrial organization ,and is of great significance to promote sharing the advantage of the resource constructinnovation platform and to enhance the competitiveness of enter-prises .This paper starting from the colacobisis competition and cooperation relationship of the enterprises ,Through the coupling and the game analysis between the enterprise network modular technology progress and value integration of the three ,drawing the following conclusions :the modularity network is benefit to promote the resources reasonable flows in the industry and is also benefit to tighten the relationship of competition and cooperation based on the core advantage of the enterprises ,and promote the technology development and the industry value integration from the low level to the advanced value ;The technical progress and industrial value integration of enterprises with two-way interaction ,both of them strengthen the industrial network until the optimal market boundary .
