Abstract:At present, governments around the world attach great importance to public security education, however public security education in China are faced with weak teaching strength, lack of professional teachers, outdated teaching material, backward method and other problems, in terms of public security personnel's training mode, a set of effective pattern is in lack. Many theoretical researchers and practice workers have made many research results on cultivation path of public security talents, and summed up a lot of useful experience and methods. Therefore, this article carefully analyzes cultivation mode of public security talents under the background of higher education internationalization, key points of reform and problems needing to be solved urgently, explores cultivation path for different levels of talents, and update concepts of public security discipline. On this basis, the author systematically summarize existing research results and experiences, studies on public security personnel training mode which adapts to internationalization of higher education, taking cultivation pattern of public security talents in Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology as an example. This article is of great theoretical and the practical significance for further promoting and deepening reform of management system of public security education.
