Current Situation,Limitation and Prospect of Research on National Defense Education in China: Based on the Statistical Analysis of CNKI Data( 2002- 2011)

Abstract:With the data during 2002-2011 offered by CNKI,using the methods of Bibliometrics and content analysis,general situation of research on national defense education( NDE) has been summarized from the view of quantity of published paper,citation,research focus,research method,influence of periodicals,authors and research institution. Then limitation and deficiency of NDE research has been analyzed. In order to raise the level of NDE research,the problems of three-level perspective should be firmly grasped,the research scope should be broadened,the basic theoretical research should be deepened,empirical research should be emphasized,the necessary research funding should be strived for, and cooperative study between army and local institutions should be strengthened.
