Abstract:The nature of the morality is the unification of the peculiarity with universality, the relativity with absoluteness, and the subjectivity with objectivity. The moral value, its content, is objective and independent of man’s will. The moral norms, its form, are subjective and dependent of man’s will.

Abstract:Liu Tongfang 1 Human nature is the starting point and foundation of all philosophical problems.From the dialectical unified theory of universality and particularity perspective,Marx investigated the human nature,mainly based on factual judgment while giving attention to value judgment,to elucidate different forms of displaying humanity in human property,and his thought is a scientific thought of human nature.The result of modernity,globalization process,social structure institutionalization,and its operational mode which was created by realistic human aggregate,is a challenge to the bottom line of human as well.The problem of alienation runs through it.From the height and depth of human liberation,we should seek converging interests of all mankind,clarify the relationship between system criterion and humanity freedom,for the spiritual alienation tendency can be got rid of by the elasticity of system criterion and the guide of the humanity to system.All this is a successful road to human liberation.

Abstract:Human beings’ moral life can be divided into two forms, one based on moral instincts and the other on moral judgments. The former is carried on without deliberation, while the latter relies upon valuations and judgments. The two can ultimately be viewed as man’s innate moral nature and acquired moral conventions. Theoretically, preference for the former will lead to naturalism and for the latter to culturalism, but this is the reality of man’s moral life. Moreover, there may be a parallel relation between the moral structure of human life and the grammatical structure of human language.

Abstract:The morality established by observing bad morals,while guaranteeing the existence of society,will inevitably bring harms,small or large,to individuals and society.So it is an impure morality which involves harm and evil in some degree.In contrast,the morality established by observing good morals can not only guarantee the existence of society but promote its rapid development and increase individual benefits.Therefore,this morality is pure and good,not involving any harmful or evil things.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the degrees of value,principle,and kindness that are embodied in several kinds of moral behavior,i.e.unselfish and altruistic,pure self-regarded,and self-regarded while being altruistic.A distinction is made between altruism,rational egoism,and individualism.The paper draws a conclusion that altruism,rational egoism,and individualism are nothing but exaggerated unilateral truth of the unselfish and altruistic behavior,self-regarded and altruistic behavior,and pure self-regarded behavior.

Abstract:To deal with the problems of the disquieting biases between cultures in our times, the author analyzed the multiple horizon character of morality, proposed a four level model of morality. By using this alternative model of ethics, the author exposes the frailties of cultural stereotypes in both the East and the West, arguing that the moral efforts of all nations should be appreciated. The reason that people do not often see this fact comes mainly from their preoccupations with different moral horizons. The dialogue between different moral horizons and hence different cultures will help each side to develop a more adequate value system which can better solve problems decisive for the coexistence in global context.

Abstract:The moral is the non-right regulation of people on the effectiveness of social behavior recognized by the society,which includes three factors:moral values,judgment on moral values and moral regulations.If and only if the value judgments were the truth,it is possible to make good moral regulations conforming to the moral values avoiding the bad moral regulations inconsistent with the moral values.Morals have not only the specificity and relativity applicable to a certain community,but also the popularities and absolutism applying to all the societies.Thus there are not only particular and relative moral,but also universal and absolute moral.The correctness and quality of moral regulations,after all,depends on whether or not it corresponds with the fact,and it doesn't transfer with people's will.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the origin and purpose of morality.It contains the following arguments:morality,like law,is a kind of evil,a necessary evil;virtue,like morality,is also a kind of necessary evil;the origin and purpose of morality is not self-disciplined,it is the special and direct origin,purpose,and criterion of morality that brings benefit to non-human existence,while human benefit is brought by the ultimate origin,purpose,and criterion of it.On the one hand,when human benefit is in coincidence with that of non-human existence,the special,direct purpose and criterion of morality should be followed,on the hand,when conflicts occur between them,we should follow the ultimate purpose and criterion of it to protect human benefit.

Abstract:Selfless altruism is the highest morality and ethics,the highest morality and kindness principle;pure egoism is the lowest morality and ethics,the lowest morality and kindness principle;altruism for the sake of self-benefit is between selfless altruism and pure egoism.It is the basic morality and kindness principle.Its morality value is between selfless altruism's and pure egoism's.Altruism denies altruism for the sake of self-regard and egoism,regarding selfless altruism as the only principle to judge behavior's value;rational egoism denies selfless altruism and pure egoism,regarding altruism for the sake of self-benefit as the only principle to judge behavior's value;egoism denies selfless altruism and altruism for the sake of self-regard,regarding egoism for the sake of self-benefit as the only principle to judge behavior's value.Therefore,selfless altruism,rational egoism and individualism are all one-sided truths which magnify selfless altruism,altruism for the sake of self-benefit and pure egoism.
