Abstract:The Study on Marxist theory of justice has been an issue discussed broadly and frequently in the academics.The arguments and debates about the conception of justice are involved not only in political philosophy and political economics,but also in the theory of morals which aims to understand the legitimacy of moral phenomena and moral knowledge.What we need is to,according to the topics and clues revealed by the existing literatures,make a further step from the study on justice theory to that on moral theory.With an in-depth analysis of Kai Nielsen,one of the representative figures in contemporary analytic Marxism whose most known works being Marxism and the Moral Point of View,we can revise the conceptions of justice and equality from the Marxist immoralists,clarify the complex relationship between morality and ideology,find a theory of morals which establishes the validity and objectivity of morality in the framework of historical materialism,and defend Marxist theory of morality from sociology of morals rather than from a perspective of moral philosophy.
