Current situation and enlightenment of clinical pharmacists training in Peking University First Hospital

Abstract:Objective:To collect the present situation of the training to clinical pharmacists,at Peking University First Hospital,and analysis the reasons to put forward suggestions for improvement.Methods:We collected all the information of the students from different hospitals who applying for the training at Peking University first hospital from 2014 to 2015.The study counted and recorded the sex,age,education background,hospitals where they are at work,clinical practice,articles,training professional demand information,etc.Results:The difference about gender of the students submitting application is big,women accounted for 77.8％ (63/81),men accounted for 20.9％ (17/81),the unknown gender accounted for 1.2％ (1/81).The education background average score of all students is 54.59,the amount of 'professional master or other clinical pharmacy undergraduate course'reaches 66,accounted for 81.5％,and is most.The Clinical practice and the articles average score is 48.29,and the clinical practice score is greater than or equal to 1 year or 1 article published reaches 33,accounted for 40.7％,and is most.The hospital average score is 53.02,the largest score in "third class A hospital",accounted for 48.2％.
