Abstract:Objective:To assess the training effect of resident physicians of the standardized training program for resident physicians in Shanghai,and find out the problems and provide a reference to the improvement of the training.Methods:A sampling survey in resident physicians was conducted.Results:The program has implemented quite well based on the result of the survey.Hospitals pay more attention to training on basic skills and teaching effectiveness and resident physicians enjoy an improvement in clinical competence.Conclusion:A more standardized and detailed training guideline,more related teaching,and communication platform for the training program are needed.Moreover,further in-depth researches on effectiveness and impact of the program are also needed.
