Abstract:Based on the single chip microcomputer AT89C2051 as the central processor,the design and reliability test of the speed control system of the rotating arc sensor were mainly introduced,and the design of dynamo drive circuit was aslo briefly introduced.The data acquisition card ART2932 was used to collect and process pulse signals emitted by optocoupler.The square wave signals produced by SCM AT89C2051 were emphatically introduced,resulting in software design of PWM signal.By using the rotating arc sensor,it is easy to achieve accurate real-time tracking of the weld seam,and the reliability of the speed control system is greatly improved.
